  1. That poor, precious baby. Yes, the contrast in these pictures is sad and heartbreaking. I first saw some of these last night, on Trista's relative's site (can't think of the exact site name). I commented on how Ayla seems to have a red mark on the bridge of her nose in the picture where she is on Phoebe's lap. Kids are usually extra happy when with their grandma. Not Ayla. She looks unhappy and scared.

  3. You can explain away one or two pictures as sleepy or bad timing, but taken together the images are like brush strokes on a canvas, and they paint a picture of fear and sadness. A bubbling, beaming, toothy-grinned toddler changes before our eyes to lost and pleading. All those sad pictures called out to me with the last echoes of her tiny voice.

  5. And to me, as well. This baby touches me in a way that I can't explain. As much as it breaks my heart to think what probably happened to her, it is also heartbreaking to think that she missed her mommy, understood NONE of what was happening to her, or WHY she was ripped away from the only home and family she'd ever known. It's infurating to think that the Dips never thought for a second how taking her from her mommy would affect her. The difference between the two families speaks volumes. I hope Baby Ayla knows how much we love her, how much we pray for her, and how hard we are all trying in our own separate ways, to find her, and to see that justice for Ayla is served. God bless this beautiful sweet angel.

  6. And where is baby Ayla now ? Give up the details already! How much more pain will her family and the loving public have to endure - searching. Ayla deserves a proper burial...since the last months of her short life were anything BUT proper.
These images break my heart to look upon; My heart breaks for baby Ayla - how alone she was, how scared she must have been. How terrified.
I pray her little soul to keep...
    XOXO,

  9. Oh my goodness.....my heart aches for this baby girl....I am a Mamaw, my granddaughter is my treasure and she knows it! The father and his family should be ashamed of themselves....the sadness in the second set of pictures is overwhelming to say the least.....I pray that God has her in his loving arms or that God gives her back to her mothers loving arms. I hope this father is never able to have children again, I hope his sister and girlfriend are never able to have children again and as to the fathers mother.....you do not deserve the happiness that treasures bring to a Mamaws life.....Gods Blessings to this little girl and her mothers family.......Allie Laude'

  10. How can anyone think that this little girl was totally happy with her dad? They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so all those sad photos are worth more. If anyone knows anything about where she is, or what happened to her, they need to have a heart, and say something. It's time. This has been 3 months of torture for not only her mom but for us in the community as well.
